    Shipping policy

    1. Order Processing Time
    All orders are processed within two (2) business days after payment is received.
    Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day.

    If we experience a high volume of orders or a product is on backorder, processing may take slightly longer. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you via email.


    2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
    Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

    Estimated transit times (after processing):

    • Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days

    • Overnight / Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days

    Please note that these are estimated times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays are beyond our control.


    3. Shipping Locations
    We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.


    4. Shipping Fees
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates.


    5. Order Tracking & Delivery
    Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct prior to finalizing your order, as SkinErgy by Mel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors first. If still unresolved, contact us at [insert contact email], and we’ll do our best to assist.


    6. Damaged or Lost Packages
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll review the case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or store credit.
    SkinErgy by Mel is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
