Standard delivery is fulfilled through USPS, and tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Estimated delivery time— including customs processing— is typically 1–3 weeks. If no one is available to receive the package, it may be placed in your mailbox, left at your doorstep, or held at your local post office for pickup.

All applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that the value of your order be listed on the package, and the release of your shipment is solely at the discretion of the customs agency.

If a shipment is refused or not retrieved, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties, or taxes incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package to our facility. Orders will not be re-shipped or refunded until the returned package is received and processed by our team.
